Overall the room is nicely decorated, exceptional and includes climate control and flat-screen TV. The breakfast is excellent, one of the best things.

Extremely friendly staff, well decorated room, in general I liked this incredibly beautiful hotel. That venue was in an unbeatable and excellent location, due to a huge event in the area. Also, it was about 10 minutes' drive to Hope Animal Shelter. My room included climate control and multi-channel TV.

The bed was very uncomfortable.

The hotel offers wonderful breakfast and spotless rooms, but my experience was dampened by a rude staff member during check-in. Despite the minor issue with room amenities and some noisy surroundings, the overall friendliness of the team makes this hotel worth considering.

The room was super clean and comfy. The large pool was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The all-day coffee was a great perk too!

Nice stay, but could be better

I stayed for 2 nights in a queen room and it was mostly good! The staff was super friendly and my room was clean and comfy. The snack bar near the front desk was a nice touch too. Only thing was breakfast was a bit low on options when I got there. The vibe was chill, but they def need to keep up the food supply!

Another downside is the lobby's accessibility-finding staff for a late-night drink took some time. The front door was often left open, raising safety concerns at night. Room cleaning only occurs every other day, so if you need extra coffee supplies, remember to ask ahead.

great access to parks and shopping for weekend explorers

I stayed here for 3 nights and loved how close it was to the Tucson Premium Outlets, just a few steps away. The nearby El Rio Preserve offers beautiful walking trails that were perfect for an afternoon stroll.

Really good Service and Comfortable Stay

I really appreciated the attentive staff . My room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast selection was decent, but the staff was great. I did notice the gym could use a few more cardio machines.

The location is perfect, the breakfast is amazing, the rooms are spacious with beautiful views, and there is a convenient freeway nearby.
